For example, I chipped a front tooth yesterday and was scheduled for a week later which was the earliest available time with my personal schedule. Today, a previously scheduled appointment elsewhere ended earlier than expected. So, I called Dr.Nelis’ office and asked if he could squeeze me in today so I didn’t have to wait the week. He made time, presumably by going into his lunch time, and got the tooth fixed! (And did a great job, too!)"
"I love how they can get me in right away when my crown falls off so I don’t have a goofy smile! Everyone is so nice and professional !!! Love coming to this dentist office!! I also want to add I had an implant done. When the numbness wore off I did t feel any pain really. Every time I walk into the office I get a great welcoming feel and vibe! From the front staff (scheduling and processing), hygienists, assistants and both docs; they are ALL SUPER friendly, easy going, fun, accommodating, caring, gentle and professional. I've been a patient of Dr Nelis for eight years now and couldn't be happier. I recently underwent extensive dental work with Dr Nelis and the results are amazing! He didn't just restore my oral health and smile, but confidence along with it. Dr. Nelis clearly takes pride in his work with his skilled attention to detail, extra time spent prepping/doing the work, and making sure to listen and address any questions/concerns. Dr Nelis employs a great crew of dental technicians and front office staff who went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable during the procedures. There is a sense of family amongst the hard working employees who don't hesitate to help one another out. We all shared a lot of laughs which really helped calm my nerves. "I recently moved to the area and needed to find a new dentist as it was time for my regular cleaning. They put my name on a list to be contacted if an earlier appointment opens and luck was on my side! The staff was very friendly when I arrived and Camden was informative throughout my cleaning. She pointed out different things on my X-rays and I learned a lot! I felt very welcome the whole time and learned new information my previous dentist had not pointed out."

"This is the best dental office I’ve ever been to in my whole entire life! Immediately when walking in, there’s sweet people like Stephanie at the check-in. They always greet you kindly and they’re always super fast. I got my teeth done, and I love them so much more than I’ve ever loved my teeth. Rachel and Mr.Neils helped me close a gap that I’ve been trying to close for over six years. They are amazing at what they do. There’s so many kind people that work here and they also really care about their clients. If I have a spot on my tooth that’s becoming close to being a cavity, they will tell me. If you have beginning signs of literally anything they will tell you. It actually feels like they care rather than trying to get the most money out of you like other dental offices. I cannot recommend or thank them enough for the completely amazing changes they have done."

"My 4 year old daughter chipped a chunk out of her front tooth and Dr Nelis was able to see her the next morning to assess and provide a treatment. He did an amazing job of interacting with my daughter by explaining to her what he was doing and teaching her about the tools so she wouldn’t get scared. He was able to do a full filling, without interruption, due to his ability to keep my daughter calm and engaged in his work. Her teeth look just as they did before. The whole office was clean, comfortable, and welcoming. I would recommend this office for any family with young kids following my experience with Dr Nelis."

My insurance was verified within minutes of my arrival and the appointment was on time. What brought me in to the office for the first time was a crown prep. Doctor’s offices often make me a little anxious no matter where I go, but I was treated with professionalism and care the entire length of my visit. Dr. Nelis and his assistant Laurie made me feel like I was in safe hands and the visit was quite literally painless! Dr. Nelis explained the steps of the procedure very clearly, so I knew exactly what to expect. I was able to set up another appointment quickly before I left.
