The truth is, insurance companies do not have your best interest/health in mind. Uninsured patients typically have limited alternative options - and often times forego routine, preventative care. Our in-house membership plan is designed for patients without dental insurance who are looking for predictable costs, preventative care, and savings on treatment when it is needed - without deductibles, waiting periods, treatment exclusions based on their specific plan, or claim forms.

HOW IT WORKS

  • Select the membership tier that works for you
  • Membership fees are due in full at the time of enrollment
  • Membership fees are valid for 12 months from enrollment date
  • Treatment Discount (15%) - applied per visit

Annual Fee: $300 / year

  • 2 professional cleanings
  • 2 exams (1 periodic, 1 emergency)
  • Unlimited x-rays

Annual Fee: $1,400 / year

Plan Includes 2 adults and 2 children

  • Each additional child + $250

Annual Fee: $750 / year

  • Benefits cannot be combined with insurance or other discounts
  • Unused services do not roll over
  • Fees are non-refundable and nontransferable
  • Discount applies only to treatment completed during the active membership period
  • Membership does does not cover procedures requiring referral to a specialist
  • Missed appointments/same day cancellations will affect your membership status*
