Friendly, professional service where they go above and beyond, to serve the patient! For example, I chipped a front tooth yesterday and was scheduled for a week later which was the earliest available time with my personal schedule. Today, a previously scheduled appointment elsewhere ended earlier than expected. So, I called Dr.Nelis’ office and asked if he could squeeze me in today so I didn’t have to wait the week. He made time, presumably by going into his lunch time, and got the tooth fixed! (And did a great job, too!)

I love how they can get me in right away when my crown falls off so I don’t have a goofy smile! Everyone is so nice and professional !!! Love coming to this dentist office!! I also want to add I had an implant done. When the numbness wore off I did t feel any pain really. Every time I walk into the office I get a great welcoming feel and vibe! Can’t say enough about this office and the employees! They are all so nice!

This is a fantastic office with a wonderful staff and Doctor. This local, professional, well equipped modern office, keeps me from driving to GR or anywhere else. It really is a treasure right in our own back yard. They explain everything and are never shy about explaining their procedures and exactly what your costs will be when finished. I’m totally impressed.
